I'm very grateful because both Chardon and Lars live in Seattle. Chardon has two boys, who live in the Seattle area. Lars, still single, lives near Greenlake and is in the hospitality business (Hotel Andra and Inn at the Market, Seattle and Hotel Eastlund in Portland). Favorite family activities include skiing (Stevens), walks around Greenlake, Mill Creek and Magnolia - and Husky games, theater, enjoying the city.

I am a realtor with Coldwell Banker Bain at Lake Union and serve communities in the greater Puget Sound area. Love connecting people with the perfect home and community for them. I am a current volunteer for the Downtown Seattle Assn (families/schools), Mill Creek Women’s Club and Mill Creek’s Arts & Beautification Board, as well as Edmonds School District Foundation’s Alumni Board. I was new to Edmonds High School in 1961 as a senior, having just moved from Montana to Edmonds. My mother, Mardell, wanted me to be able to make friends and use my spare time productively so she quickly found me a job at the A&W. You can imagine how quickly I was able to "get acquainted" with the kids from EHS as well as MTHS. Really cemented my EHS relationships after high school with so many of us attending WWU - and our “carpooling” group to Seattle for summer jobs! Still connected. Finished school at UW after the kids were in school - and had a great career as a kindergarten teacher (Lake Stevens) and later a principal for 23 years (Edmonds, Seattle). After retiring, joined my daughter as a realtor and have continued in the business (all kinds of ways to help help community members secure their home ownership dreams, large or small). Larry and I continue living in Mill Creek (same home for 30+ years). Start time spent with family, friends and lots of travel. Most recent a trip to Paris (long time dream) followed by a cruise up the Atlantic coast, ending in Copenhagen. Grateful for all the journeys we’ve shared.
